Maybe because I got cash back the other day. Forgot about that . Was not much , just 7.00 but i guess that counts as a free chip.

Yes it probably does count as a free chip. But even though two free chips are not allowed at RTg's, most will let you claim them anyway and screw yourself out of a withdrawal. Does Casino Titan actually prevent you from claiming two in a row?
