I received an e-mail from Casino US offering a 250% bonus.Deposit $20, and get a $50 bonus plus 50 free spins.So, I deposited the $20, but only got a $20 bonus, 100%.So customer support had me forward the e-mail to them, which I did.Then they said they received my e-mail, but would not honor the 250% bonus, stating they sent it to me in error.I then asked to speak with a manager, and he did credit the free spins.It comes down to they owe me a $30 bonus.They shouldn't get away with treating players like this, the old bait and switch the bonus trick, needless to say I won't be depositing here again anytime soon.Thanks,Cap.
