I got the free spins won $5.92.I also made a deposit to get the 100% deposit bonus.I couldn't find a place to opt in so I just assumed that it would be automatic, after waiting a few hours and no bonus I emailed support. Now i am waiting for a response to my email.I don't expect to hear from them because I have been down this road with CS before.I just thought I would give them a second chance since they are supposed to be giving U.S players special attention with the new software & all.I would like to know if anyone else has got the 100% deposit bonus.Thanks.

These casinos that are migrating the US players will be giving special attention, a ton of special attention because at this point I am sure they are inundated with emails from concerned players about their accounts.  I would call them to see if you get a faster response.

Why are all other Micro casinos automatic, but not them, it's aggravating. And, I played through my deposit, so all taht gameplay doesn't count towards the wagering requirements. arghhh

The delay in crediting bonuses is the same reason we cant see our loyalty points yet -because they are still trying to get the whole migration settled i would imagine.But captain are you sure about that playthrough not counting it - because i believeit will.As I understand it your playthrough is a certain amount times your deposit plus your bonus, period.Not that you have to recieve your bonus before any of your wagers start counting towards it- i would ask support but im almost certain that i am correct.

I called last night after 35mins of listening to that freakin horrible music a rep got on who didn't speak or understand english very well, and there was an echo of myself when I talked so said tyvm but screw this.

Howdy ppl!  just wanted to add my experience to the pot:   i deposit regularly at Casino Share, and i had received the email giving me  20 free spins on Big K...  + an offer for a  100% deposit match up to $300 this week.  I DID receive the 20 free spins, then the following day i discovered an additional 20 free spins after i deposited $20 (+ 25%weekend dep bonus=$25.00).  i had opted in to the 25% offer in the promotions area in the casino lobby right before i deposited.  so after i ripped thru my $25 in credits, i realized i hadn't received that 100% match bonus which i'd been offered in the email.  I immediately attempted to contact live chat, but an error msg kept appearing saying No agents are currently available in that dept. - i tried again to get live support but NOPE.  So, I called the toll free 888# from their CONTACT US page, and after accidentally getting hung up on in my first attempt, i successfully made it thru and spoke with an agent. I have never deposited their but got the free spins built it 2 400.00 went to cash out and it would not take it everytime i would try it would say due to tech. errors we are unable to complete withdraw did this atleast 5 times went to live chat 35 mins still said all person were busy 1 ahead of me nevered changed. sent email never got a response 4 days go so spent the money and will not take them up on the 100% bonus because i toubt i would see the money.They seem shady to me
