I used to be a depositing player at Grand Hotel & Vegas Country and they sent me an email (went to spam) saying that there was $15 waiting for me.  However when I logged into their flash casinos I found $25 & $30 waiting instead.

No money in mine either but checked out their live chat as I'm sure they didn't have one last time I played there and although they didn't give names in chat to personalize, the person sure tried hard to answer my question. And then said they would follow up on it monday etc. "
