I have been a member to this casino for like 5 or 7 years used to deposit all the time and win. well lately I get no bonuses what so ever and recently deposited. so i go to live help and i talk to the so called manager that doesnt say two words. i asked him why i dont get bonuses and he said i dont know. I said is there a reason and his two words were not really . I tld him to close my account as i dont feel it is right for my account not to get any bonuses and when i do make a deposit i have to call on the phone and beg for a deposit bonus. it just hit me the wrong way i guess. anyway goodluck to those that get the bonus I hope you win.

Well if they're like vegas country and I think they are same group, they never use to give out anything but first deposit bonus' did they? like most micro's untill fairly recently it seems to me veg country whose been excellent in putting a little this and a little that in my account for the last year or two actually offered me a 100 % a couple months ago. anyway, it may have something to do with being a vip bronze gold or whatever. haven't seen one since but am used to that and prefer other way anyway. like if I go to v.c. right now, I bet theres a little something in there that I didn't leave the last time I played.I love em. giv - send support at grand a nice little email and ask them whats up with whatever your question is. be honest and nice and see what happens.
