Cleo's Banned Me

I tried to log in to Cleo's the other day and it wouldn't let me in.After talking with someone at chat who said they would check in to it, I received this email: This email is to inform you that your account has been banned by our Risk Management Team due to security reasons. Decision is final.   As it states in our terms and conditions,   3.4. CLEOS VIP ROOM reserves the right to de-activate Your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notifying You.   <a href="http://cleosviproom.com/terms-and-conditions.php" >http://cleosviproom.com/terms-and-conditions.php</a>   No refunds will be given for any purchase made in CLEOS VIP ROOM. VS Points bought at <a href="http://www.cleosviproom.com" >www.cleosviproom.com</a> must be used to get goods at <a href="http://www.virtualspree.com" >www.virtualspree.com</a>.  Even if you are banned, you can still buy items with the points you purchased, on our loyalty section.   Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, We reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce any term within this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such provision.

Oh wow Robsmom! So sorry to hear that. I hope you weren't a frequent depositor. It really is awful that as customers we get treated like this and the worst part is no real explanation is has to be given, other than the risk management line. I'm sending good luck your way. I hope you can find another casino home that you enjoyed just as much as Cleo's.

Wow! I don't put anything past Cleos these days. I think they are trying very hard not to pay potential winners. It seems to me that when I have played there lately they constantly download files all the time I am playing. It's really strange. When I open the file it has so many add-ons. Also if I log-off and then log back in...it will state casino lobby not working. So I have to log-off again and when I do more files have been added. It may be my pc but it never did that before when I could win there. Has anyone on here seen as big winners lately especially in the last two or three months?? It would be interesting to know...just speculating.

I am sorry that this happened to you robsmom.  I can't say that I have never been banned from a casino before and given that same broad explanation. Risk management, security reasons, blah blah blah.When Cleo's first came out, I was gung ho like so many of us were. The games were new, exciting, and it was a whole new way to play with us having the ability to purchase items from Virtual Spree. I was never a huge depositor, but I deposited enough to call myself a good depositor.  Know what? Never came close to winning, not even once. Very discouraging.As of late, I have not deposited. I have not heard from Cleo's such as a miss you chip etc. lolI stay up to date on Cleo's and all I see and hear as of late is very troublesome. Tight games, slow pay, and even the Virtual Spree orders are slow in coming, just to show up and not be what we ordered. lolAnyways, like I said, I have been banned before too. Try not to let it bother you, if it does at all.As far as Cleo's goes, I think it is a slowly sinking into oblivion.                                                                                                       Pam

Well Sookie like I said it could be my pc and internet connection which has been slow as of lately. I'm not computer savvy so I'm just stating what I have observed. It could be part of their software is downloading slowly .... I don't understand. I just know their games operate very different than they did back in April or May. But support stated they have not changed their software it's the same as it has always been. I don't believe it but I'm just one person. Who knows????

Glad to know I'm not alone.  Someone here stated Cleos may vanish soon.  Somehow I doubt that as long as there are people willing to keep playing...they seem to have a large following. I don't play there much and their contests don't interest me at all.  But on the other hand I am glad they are naming the winners and they are members here...congrats to them!

 Laupat, I imagine their huge following has something to do with the fact that they are the only legal online US casino.

I agree Sookie. So many of us US players chose Cleo's as our first choice because we were forbidden to play at so many other places. Also, Cleo's games were new, different and exciting.Regardless of this, as time has passed, Cleo's has changed. I agree with many that their software has definitely changed. Before I quit depositing, a $20 deposit, no matter how small I played, wouldn't produce a single bonus. Over and over again. I finally said, enough is enough. Put their tight software, along with slow pay times together, and it was enough for me to quit depositing.I won't believe I am the only one that has quit playing there due to these issues. Yet, for every person who has had enough of Cleo's, there are likely two more that just found Cleo's and are happy to deposit to try their luck. This is how Cleo's will continue to operate.It was I who stated Cleo's will slowly slip into oblivion. I still believe this.Has anyone noticed how many more contests and bonus offers Cleo's offers now? I think they already see a decline in deposits, and their marketing team has come to the table and realized, they needed to start offering the players more, or the deposits would continue to slid downhill. As far as their free chips go? A $5 chip for four days in a row, is funny to me. Talk about making it as difficult as possible for anyone to win.I am not trying to sway anyone by my opinion. I know people HAVE won at Cleo's, and been paid. It just seems like it was a long time ago that these winnings have taken place. Don't get me wrong, I will play their $5 freebie like everyone else when it comes out. Heck, I deserve it like all present and past depositors do. The freebies are few and far between.  As far as joining in their contests, or taking advantage of their depositing bonuses, I just don't anymore. The place is just to tuff.

PMM...I strongly agree. Once upon a time I was happy to play there. It was fun and I could actually win something worth while. I do the freebies also that silly 5 bucks...it lasts maybe 5 minutes then it gone. They act like they are afraid someone may win something so the offers are sooo small! It's true it was the first casino I ever won $1000 at...and I loved it! But that is in the past I don't see any future winnings at Cleos...they have made sure of that!!!
