Cleo's Deposit - Deposit taken but not received

Has anyone tried the new flash casino for CLEOSVIPROOM.com? Not many slots but some are different and fun. I deposited four times in 24 hours with VISA and 3 of them were taken out of my bank immediately prepaid card but was never credited. Have talked to Chat and emailed many times this weekend just says will forward to correct department for them to start investigation Monday. In the meantime can not play nor get my money back. What terrible service. lol

I think I had that happen one time since playing there. The issue was resolved quickly. Never expect to get anything done on the weekends though! Love Tiger's. Just fun to try for the JP's.
