Yes I entered this...now we will see if they will reveal who the winners are??? Whenever I try to link onto the dailey, weekly and monthly winners that they suppositly give away from the tickets we earn...I never see a list of who had won. Maybe others do and it's just my pc...anyway I hope someone wins...especially me!

Surprise!! They did list the winners. However from some of the responses the winners were not the first 25 as stated in the contest entry. What's up with that...there are people on facebook that said they were number 14...some said they were the first ones to guess but won nothing. From what I have seen from Cleos lately they are say one thing and do another. I uninstalled it from my pc and doubt I download it again. Good riddance!!!

This is the main reason we here at NDF DO NOT run random draw contests for the most part. We are cut and dry, follow the rules and correct them if we mess up. "
I have my finger on the uninstall button on my PC as I type this. (Yeah I built an uninstall button on my keyboard for casinos that become dangerously close to pissing me off! hahaha)

I don't think I should lose them as I paid for them. I am waiting to use them up because their selection of merchandise right now is crap. Then I will ask that they close my casino account. "
I am done with Cleos. Had I not felt I was cheated by their FB promo but saw that others were, I'd still do the same. They are not playing fair.

From what support replied, you do not lose your Spree credits if you close you casino account. And my case has been sent to another area in charge. "
With their lack of replies to the numerous fans that are upset on FB, I feel nothing will come of this. They will not do right by their customers by following their rules they made for their promo.

 That's another good point luckyirishgirl. I did not guess correctly, but I did like and share, and made sure to remind everyone to do the same in my post. I wonder how many of the winners did.

Hey everyone, I want to say a few things about what happened with this promo. "
First of all, you all know that we here at NDF will go to bat for any member who has been wronged by a casino regarding an issue that we agree with. There are times when members don't have legitimate issues. "
With that being said, I had to go to bat for myself this time around and as with all our member's requests for help, I need to post an update for my issue whether good or bad. "
I had requested support to close my account earlier because I was being ignored on their FB page as to how they determined winners, transparency, etc. I even posted a comment to that affect on their page."
They have since been in contact with me on FB and have done right by their customer. They have requested quite a few other fans to reply to inbox them so they can chat with them. I'd suggest doing so if you feel you were a legitimate winner. "

Funny, after reading your comment Mben, I went to look in my account and I have still not been credited and had sent them already my username to credit me after I found out I was one of the winners. LOL Man, what a mess they have with their promos! Glad I stopped spending my own money with them. Probably, would do more business with them, but geez they sure make it difficult.

hi forum....i sat here for over two weeks waiting on my virtual spree order from cleos got in touch with live chat tonight and they told me it was cancelled due to lack of stock....wouldnt you think they would contact me......no not cleos ...their customer support stinks and their casino stinks also....havent won nothing for a long time....disgusted with them.....just venting...lol...have a good day

Good for you Mben sticking it out until you got what was coming to you.  I am glad Cleos came through.  However as a disgruntled former customer I still believe they have changed their software and do not payout on slots the way they use to.  I contacted support and they once again stated there have been no changes...but some of the slots I played before had much bigger winnings and more often.  Now it just rolls on and on sometimes up to 20 or 25 times before it finally hits something. Then its maybe 3 or 4 dollars.  You can't play long like that your money's gone before you know it...I don't care how much you deposit!
