I got it. Found it in my email, the cashier was acting weird for a second so I closed the casino and opened it again and it worked.

It's taken me this long to get the cashier to open up right. It was still acting weird so I logged out and relogged in (for the last time tonight I told myself) and it worked. "
I got the message that it was successfully claimed ..... BUT it didn't go into my balance. So I went back to the cashier and got the same no user error message and thought uh oh. Closed that and went back to the lobby and then finally the $15 appeared. "
