Yes, but that was on my old XP computer. I use to deposit there often and then one day this past summer the casino wouldn't open. I uninstalled it and that's when the nightmare began. They said for me to turn off my virus protection and to do something (which I forgot what it was called but I did do it) like allow Kingston. It still did not work. I have done everything I can possibly think of. I thought for sure with this brand new computer I could finally play there again but no same issue. When I was at my sister's house recently I tried to download it on my niece's new computer and wouldn't you know it downloaded just fine. I think she has windows 7. I have windows 8. I guess I need to just give up and save my money. lol

Allow Kingston through your firewall?You have to think what programs you had installed on your XP that is the same as what you installed on Win 8. What is the same about the 2 PC's?I am not sure if the installation needs internet connection, but if it does, you have the same internet service that you used on XP and now are using on Win8, right? And IF they suggested to allow Kingston to go through your firewall, then it does need a connection to install.I'd even suggest booting up in safemode and trying the install. Your internet won't connect so that might be a factor of not being able to install in safemode.
