On HALLOWEEN I TRIED AT LEAST 4 TIMES TO DEPOSIT MONEY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ONE OF THIER PROMOTIONS THAT THEY ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK, ALL OF MY TRIES WERE DECLINED, SO I FINALLY SPOKE WITH LIVE CHAT WHO STATED THAT THEY WERE HAVING SERVER AND PROCESSING PROBLEMS..........AGAIN! SHE SAID TO TRY BACK THE NEXT DAY, SO I ASKED HER IF THEY WOULD STILL HONOR THE PROMO FROM THE DAY BEFORE.......NEVER GOT A CLEAR ANSWER ON THAT.THE NEXT DAY, BEING NOVEMBER 1ST,I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT NOT ONLY TO FIND THE EXACT AMOUNT I TRIED TO DEPOSIT MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT, BUT ALSO AN E-MAIL CONFIRMING THAT THEY HAD TAKEN SAID MONIES. UNFORTUNATELY, MONEY WAS NEVER PUT IN MY ACCOUNT TO PLAY WITH!I WAS TOLD TO E-MAIL INFORMATION AND THAT I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY FOR ACCOUNTING. I TOLD THEM THEY ACCEPT OR TAKE MY MONEY 24HOURS A DAY SO THEY NEED TO HAVE 24 ACCOUNTING HELP. ANY CARDS THAT I HAVE USED WITH THEM, I HAVE REPLACED FOR NEW ONES.BE VERY CAUTIOUS, THEY STARTED OUT GREAT,BUT MAYBE CANNOT HANDLE AMOUNT OF TRAFFIC
