Cleos Vip Room and My New Hemoroid

Cashed out $2000 at Cleos on 10/14/13 and sent in all my documents that day.So,today has been 12 business day so I emailed them and got this response:Normally it takes 5 to 12 working days to processed your payout but in thiscase it is taking a bit longer because we are having technical problems withour payment processor. We truly apologize for this and we thank you for yourpatience. It will be processed soon and you will get a tracking number assoon as we have it.

Yea, hearing too many problems with slow pay here, so this is why I stopped depositing until they start getting it resolved.

I have had a $1000 withdrawal since 10/07/13 and it still in the requested stage, its been 17 business days. My last withdrawal I went through the same thing and they said it was fixed so I deposited and won the $1000 and here I am going through the same thing again.. "
I also have had a 38000 VS credit ring that says it was shipped on 10/11/13. No way it takes 18 days for UPS to deliver a package. They say its the processors that's taking the checks so long to process, well what about the VS products taking so long. I think its something other than the processors. No more deposits for me until this gets back to normal, if it ever does."

I just went to the cashier and it was still in the requested stage, so I went to chat to ask why. He said it was confirmed today. So I went back to the cashier after chat and it must have been processed because if I want I can deposit, not that I am. Anyway I don't know if it was coinsedence ( spelling) or me talking to them.

My acutal withdrawal date was Sept. 28 and my W9 sent the same day! Am sure will get my check. The waiting game sucks:)

Hello I'm new here. Just saw all the posts concerning withdrawals at Cleos. I requested my cashin on Oct. 14th. I sent all the documents and received and e-mail on Oct 16th stating that everything was received and I would here from them soon. So far nothing my cashin is still in the same place at the cashier and I can't play so I am waiting. It sounds like they are still have processor problems. Also I really believe they leave it there at the cashier for quite a while hoping you will change your mind. I wonder if this will get resolved soon...my $1000 would be nice to have...

Laupat.....that is with most casino's I think....leave it there in hopes you will reverse (bad word..lol) your withdrawal!

The casinos probably do hope you reverse it like krystlkitty said. So far we have not heard of non-payment so don't worry that you are not going to get paid. You just have to stick it out like the rest of them. Sorry about that. $1000 would be nice sitting in your bank account and not the casino, I'm sure. Hang in there!

Yes I will keep waiting. I don't hardly ever win and this is a nice amount to start with. I do enjoy Cleos they have really fun games and for some reason I can enjoy playing and not having to spend lots of money before I win anything. It does look like lots of people are getting their cashins but the amount of waiting times vary. Some say they have waited two - three weeks and others say they have waited up to two months. it's a shame Cleos are not very efficient.

They were efficient at first. Payments were sent rather quickly. It's too bad they haven't fixed their processing problem by finding a better processor. I can't guess as to what the problems are but in most cases, slow payments, non payments pretty much boil down to processors. Let us know when you do receive your payment. It'll relieve others who may be worried about their payments.

Well I sent an e-mail reminding Cleos that my cash-in is over the 5-12 wait for processing. I just received an e-mail saying that they had problems with their processor but it has been fixed. I should receive a tracking number soon. We shall see....

On HALLOWEEN I TRIED AT LEAST 4 TIMES TO DEPOSIT MONEY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ONE OF THIER PROMOTIONS THAT THEY ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK, ALL OF MY TRIES WERE DECLINED, SO I FINALLY SPOKE WITH LIVE CHAT WHO STATED THAT THEY WERE HAVING SERVER AND PROCESSING PROBLEMS..........AGAIN! SHE SAID TO TRY BACK  THE NEXT DAY, SO I ASKED HER IF THEY WOULD STILL HONOR THE PROMO FROM THE DAY BEFORE.......NEVER GOT A CLEAR ANSWER ON THAT.THE NEXT DAY, BEING NOVEMBER 1ST,I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT NOT ONLY  TO FIND THE EXACT AMOUNT I TRIED TO DEPOSIT MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT, BUT ALSO AN E-MAIL CONFIRMING THAT THEY HAD TAKEN SAID MONIES. Good warning ... thanks deedeemama. And thanks to No Fool who really started bringing this all to our attention,Let me know what happens on Monday when their accounting team is there. (and you're absolutely right. They take our $$ 24/7 so they need accounting to be there 24/7)  If needed, I'll get the rep involved with this one. It's not cool they are making players wait for their money but even worse is that they are taking players money but not adding it into their balances. Glitch or no glitch.

 Well, the week has come and gone and no tracking number! I really don't appreciate being lied to! If they have issues, fine! Don't lie just to placate me! Cleo's will come off my computer as as soon as I get paid and spend my VS credits! Naughty Cleo's! You don't treat your customer's like that!!

I certainly hope you get your tracking number soon...maybe mine will follow??? I always fear the worst especially since so many problems have occured since I put in my request. Will they fold up and just disappear??? That would be just my luck!

I have deposited over a thousand dollars at Clios VIP room. Early this morning I sent them an email saying if I didn't get my winnings soon I would never deposit there and would do my best to have to shut down. So far today I have gotten no response. I am pissed off!

HI everyone.....still waiting to get a response from Cleo's regarding money that I deposited and they took out of my bank account, e-mailed me confirmation on, and did not put in my Cleo' s account to play with. I am going to once again, call customer service and send another e-mail,,,,,,,wish me luck. lol
 
say what you will about Cleo they have been alright for me ( with the exception the reels can be a little tight) i was fortunate enough to cash a $550. on a $20.00 deposit and from cash out to paper work was one day and then from paper work to door step was 5 days i was impressed the week prior to that i cashed out 150 on a free spin deal it might caped at 125 well after banking it was just under a bill anyway Cleo's check beat it by a week.And i should add i spent some spree credits on a hand bag for my lady and that arrived on Wednesday and i placed the order Friday. which was quite impressive , and the bag was very packaged (classy) and of good quality , made in Peru not the usual china or India, no offense to anybody from them country's but y'all make some cheep azz s@#T. well that's my 2 cents thanks for barring through it."
