hey you guys beware with depositing with cleos. their processor has had problems.  i was overcharged four times on my visa card.  i asked them to investigate.first they said that those were preauthorized charges and they would drop off in 3 to 5 days. on the fifth day they posted.  Then they told me the charges declined and it was my banks fault. i explained to them that credit card transactions are not processed unless sent from a processor first.  then  they said they credited my account at random times.  i deposited those days well. they sent me a transaction sheet with deposits.  on this sheet they just put all transactions without looking at credit card used. when i explained to them that three of the charges was from mastercard and should not be included on a visa card transaction investication. They told me the matter was taken care of and kept saying they credited my account. they refused to listen to logic.   i also sent them statements from both master card and visa showing a total of 13 deposits, but got credit for 9 transactions of cleos transaction histor. they acted like this didn't matter.  that shows four over charges over.  they still havent rectified this matter and it has been two weeks.  beware. some people have deposited and it takes three or four days to post. beware of cleos.

I use a Visa Debit card and do about 10 transactions with Cleo's a week.I have not ever had a problem at all.The only problem I have now is I just can't win at all.For this reason I am thinking about moving on to other sites.

I had a little issue with the processor not too long ago myself, i made a deposit that was taken out of my bank acct. but never was credited to my cleos acct."
The transaction sat pending but in a few days it was put back into my bank acct. Never had a prob other then that. These casinos do have processor issues from time to time especially when dealing with US players but they have always worked things out."
I hope cleos is not on their way to rougeville since its pretty much the only place i play so keep us informed how they work this out for you, till they sraighten this out for you its nothing but the horseshoe casino and thistledown racino for me.

For some players now, it's a hit and miss when trying to make deposits at Cleos. "
Their processor won't allow more than 2 transactions within a 24 hour period per card and sometimes even per account. "

I won a $100 raffle chip at Cleos and met play through and cashed out a little over $1000. I received he money in about three weeks and after that they made it so I could no deposit and then they closed my account. I asked live help why and they said it was because I had charged back, which is a total lie and I explained his to Cesar in live help and before I could say anything else, he quickly closed chat. So, my guess is, if you win big there, they will falsely accuse you of something in order to close our account.

 Sorry to hear you had trouble there skywalker. But several of our members have cashed out many times without having their accounts get closed. Not that I'm saying I believe that you did do something wrong, just that perhaps it's just a misunderstanding?

Hello everyone, when Cleo's first opened, I actually won, received check in a reasonable amount of time, and had no problems. I am now wondering if anyone has actually received their winnings without any problems and amount of time between cashing out and receiving their winnings. I love their games and would love to start playing again but just unsure about the whole process. If anyone has had a positive experience as of late please feel free to to talk about it. I really could use the feedback.    Thanks !

 Yes just read that thread that MBEN pointed out.  Constant problems.  There are so many better places to play. For us best ones are Jackpot Capital, Clubworld, xxx casino.  I specifically like the fact clubworld will withdraw to a card u deposit on in normally less than a week.
