Cleos VIP Room Went The Extra, Extra Mile!

The money would come out of my card balance but the casino never received it saying it was declined. Well, the card held it as pending and since the casino never went back for it, I always had it returned to my card 4-5 days later. Annoying but I never lost out on money. After a few times that this happened, I decided to look for another card and found one. It has worked flawlessly for me at Cleos until the other night. I loaded $20 a few nights ago (smiling the whole time because I was gonna get to play that night! Wooo Hooo! lol). I go to the cashier, enter my $20, enter my bonus code and hit submit. The screen where you end up waiting for the approved or denied stayed up longer than usual and I thought uh oh and sure enough ... declined! Grrrr!So I contacted support and the support rep (who was awesome!) told me that the server was down for a bit (which I got a message about when I tried to go back into the cashier to see if possibly my deposit showed there) and apologized for it. She told me as soon as the server was back up, they would credit my account the $20 plus the 200% bonus. She then gave me a $20 free chip for the inconvenience. I did tell her that is was my only $20 on my card and now I wasn't going to be able to play anywhere. Waaaahhhh! lol I also told her that this has happened to me before with the other card but never with this one. This time, the casino accepted it as their problem and not one with my card. I was relieved it was their issue but knew that I would get the money back on my card eventually even if it was an issue on my end.A couple of hours later, I went back to support (I played my free $20) and was told the server was still down and to come back. Ok, no problem. I went back later and the server was back up (yay) but they did not know how to get my $20 plus bonus into my account (booo). They said I would get an email the next day. Ok, fine. lol Good night. No email the next morning so I go to chat and end up with the first support rep again who remembered from the evening before. She said that my issue had been sent to higher ups and that it would be resolved but in the meantime Here's another free $20 chip. Have fun! OMG! Really? YAY! lol I never asked her for one or whined about all that was happening. Then much later that day I get the email. Check this out! They gave me my $20 plus bonus ($60 total) in my casino account AND are refunding (or not collecting) the $20 that I tried to deposit with originally!!!Cleos has really impressed me the whole time I have been playing there. They are generous with their free chips when I have made multiple deposits and feel like asking them for one and now this!Long story short .......
