 That's ok. If the spam filter catches something you post, I usually find it and approve it if it's not spam. (which I know yours aren't) But sometimes it takes me a minute to find them, so if you see that message, just leave the post and pm me. That way I can find it and approve it faster.Don't feel bad sometimes that silly thing spams posts I make...and I'm a mod!

You know how I have not been able to download Cleo's because of the error I keep getting? Well just off with chat and they said they do not think Cleo's can be played on window 8.1 so now I can finally stop trying to download.

OMG, they were joking, right?Yes, Cleos can be installed and played on Win 8.What is the EXACT error message?

Yes, I was thinking the same thing!  First, it took forever for support to start chatting and second Kimberley was what seemed like way to quick to answer that she didn't think windows 8.1 was compatible with Cleo's. Then she said she would report it to tech support. When downloading I click download casino and hit run. Everything runs smoothly. I accept the terms, etc. Then the software opens up to download and as fast as it opens a generic grey ERROR box pops up. It does not tell you what the error is or give a code. You only have the option to hit okay and then it closes out. After attempting to download Cleo's the shortcut is installed on my computer so when I click it I get the following error message.After it searches for the shortcut the error message changes to this error message.  This is the same exact thing that was happening when I had windows XP.  I don't know anyway around it and was actually relieved when Kimberley told me Cleo's was not compatible with my computer.

Yeah, those error pics don't help. They are just telling you what you already know ... that the program is not installed. "
Tech support call coming your way later today from me. We have got to solve this so I can sleep at night. lol
