Cleos Vip Room

I Can't login to cleos vip room keep getting message check your user name or password . Anyone else having trouble? I contacted support but all they did was send me my user name and password.

That happened to me once. I even went so far as to change my password and still couldn't get in. Found out the next day it was technical problems on their end, the next day it worked fine.

I had to uninstall then reinstall to get into my account.
