Some things are worth waiting for. And some things take so long...
Besides not sending out checks any longer there are some slightly unpleasant feelings about cashing out at Cleo's. Having Christmas and New year's holidays extending the process, or any weekend days or any holidays, actually, greatly extends the process.
Depositing is super easy, with visa, mc, amex all working fine.
For withdrawals, I only have one option, bank wire. No fees!
They don't store your withdrawal info for you like they do your deposit info. Support is very supportive, but can be a little dense at times.
Before you can start the process you need to have ID info on file plus their agreement form. Not too big of an issue but they send you the standard email requesting everything and you have to write back and make sure you are correct that you don't have to resend.
They state you only need a tax form if you are receiving $600+ but that's not how it works out. EVERY time you have to send one in. And don't put tomorrow's date on it! For me this is an issue. I don't have a printer and can't just print it out and email it. And I have no car or ride to town whenever I need to go.
Withdrawals are a five step pro, after winning. Request, Approval, Processing, Sending, and Receiving. A successful request involves asking for it and sending in paperwork and don't forget to also send to Virtual Spree! Might cost you some days.
Once they feel satisfied with your request, approval is fast. But it could take a few days for your request to be successfully completed. Let's say you are prepared and it's all over in a day. Or, you weren't prepared and hit snags and now 7 days went by already.
Once approved, it takes "5-12" business days to be processed. They must be extremely busy. Not weekends, not holidays. That's their story. So, you get processed. In theory, that should be a day or less.
Cleo's processes then VS does the sending. Bank wire, but somehow UPay gets to do that.
UPay then takes hmmm, a few days (no holidays or weekends) before you receive your bank wire.
The FAQ is 3-5 days. And they say that's depending on the bank.
So, minimum it should all take maybe two weeks.
Here are two of my timelines. The first got snagged a week getting a proper request to them. The next one, well, while I was writing this, it hit my bank.
Request. Sept 20
Approval. Sept 30
Processed. October 20
Sent. October 20!
Received. October 24
Request. December 10
Approval. December 10!
Processed. December 29
Sent. January 3
Received. January 5
Spent, about a day after winning. Scrambling and juggling, ongoing....
I am super liking their slot selection. So much so that I keep playing even knowing how long I will have to endure patience to get my payout.
I also like the variety of options of games and perks like jackpots vs. Raffles, with mobile, instant play, and downloaded versions.
I hope you can play, and win, and be better prepared for withdrawals by this long post!
