I deposited at CLEOSVIPROOM last week, made playthrough, and requested a withdrawal for $900 through UPAYCARD. This was last Thursday, 09/15, and my first time requesting a payout from them through this method. I have already withdrawn from them through bank wire before, and never had any problems, but wanted to try UPAYCARD as they state this method is faster and immediate on their website. They sent me a w-9 to sign through email, I filled it out, took a photo of it, and submitted it (they already have my id and address verified), but when I tried to follow-up through live chat if they received it,they told me they "didn't get it yet" (literally, their words). So, thinking it was due to their system being slow I gave it a day but found myself contacting them Saturday morning, 09/17. I emailed support Friday and submitted my w-9 again but did not get a response so I decided to contact live chat on Saturday. Apparently, they still did not receive my w-9 which I found to be odd because I sent it to them 3 times. And since the live chat operator wasn't helping me much by repeating "not yet" when I asked if they got it, I decided to contact their FACEBOOK page because I know that the admins on their Facebook are always available. I got ahold of one of their representatives through FACEBOOK MESSENGER, told her my issue, (this is where Facebook gets advantage points) and instead of me trying to email my w-9 again, I just sent it to her through FACEBOOK MESSENGER. She got it automatically, and said she would forward it the support, who then emailed me hours later stating that it was accepted.
Now, being that this was my first time withdrawing through UPAYCARD and they claimed that payouts were processed immediately after verification through this method, I contacted their regular live chat again who told me that my payout was processed and that the funds would be in my account MONDAYhich ended up being a lie.
Monday comes, and I don't see the funds in my UPAYCARD so I contact them again, and this time support emails me stating the following:

This message is to let you know that we are experiencing some delays because of some technical issues with our payment partners. Unfortunately, your cash in process may take one more week. However, We would like to remark that the payout process takes between 5 and 12 business days. Holidays and weekends are not included. Therefore, it is still in the time scheduled. Thanks for your patience and understanding. If you have any other or concern, do not hesitate to contact us. We are here 24/7.
We hope you have a nice day.

Now, being told something different two days before you can say that I was really upset to hear this so I contacted live chat again. I spoke to Wendy, asked what was going on, and she was rude like "We already told you...." (repeating the email over). Then I asked her, "OK. Well what is the issue that you are having with them??" And she said she couldn't give me that information. HMM?
Then she tried offering me a bonus to i don't know, try to to make things right with me or something? However, I declined it and told her I would just wait. But overall, while I know I am still "on time for payment" as they say, they are not true to their word as UPAYCARD is NOT immediate. That's the only reason why I tried it out in the first place.... and as my experience shows, as of SEPTEMBER 2016, THEY ARE CURRENTLY HAVING PAYMENT PROCESSOR ISSUES.
As of tomorrow, it will be day 5 from the day of my payout request... if their norm is 5-12, and upaycard is "faster", i'll update on the day payout comes let everyone know how "faster" it really is.
