I understand how if your not eligible for a coupon, the software shouldn't allow you to claim it, but with RTG software, the system seems to let some slide. Club World is a reputable casino as Mben stated above. I hope they can get this cleared for you.

Hello everyone, I work for the Club World Group of casinos and feel that its only right that I respond to this apparent cry for help. I know if I had won $735 legitimately I would be a lot more concerned than taking the hit and posting in this forum. However, we try and help every player when an issue occurs. OK here it is. I had our casino manager check this out and it seems that theseus34 is in breach of a couple of our terms associated with creating an account. The main issues being:<ol>Multiple accounts createdMultiple no deposit coupons claimed</ol>All of your accounts (at the same casino) have claimed free chips, you have somehow managed to claim 8 in total. On one of your accounts you tried to claim 31 free chip codes.

Player accounts are only allowed to claim a single free chip/no deposit coupon.Based on the breach the decision taken was correct in this instance. Thanks for the messages of support and I hope you guys and girls keep on playing at our casinos.
