I went by what you guys said and changed my casino and went with ClubWorld and Im not real impressed.  They charged my credit card twice for money I didn't get and then i spent over $3000 last month and got $300.00 loyalty points and I spent over $2,500 this month and got $100.00. What is the  rules on the points

The loyalty points accrue at different rates depending on the games you are playing.  Your best bet is to direct your inquiry to the casinos customer support.  Every casino has their own loyalty program.  Rewarding loyalty points is at the sole discretion of the individual casino, but it should not differ from player to player.
