Yesterday, I went into 21 Dukes and chatted with one of the reps. He was probably the only actual friendly chat rep I spoke with yesterday, but given the present state of my brain, I cannot to save my life remember his name, but he was exceptionally friendly, and gave me a $5 freebie. He also came back to check on me and just be friendly and chat! When the freebie was gone, I told him goodbye and he told me to recheck my balance and there was another chip! That $5 chip (the second one) lasted for 2 hours!Just thought maybe if you ran into some of the not so friendly people I did yesterday, and want a pleasant experience, you may want to check them out.Now my experience in this forum yesterday was awesome!
