I have tried to redeem codes in the past that show up on several different bonus sites. The code is suppose to be a NDB, so there are no other requirements in order to use it. When I try to redeem the codes, it pops up that I am not eligible for it or have not met the requirements. When I ask the gaming support why, I am always told that it is up to the bonus site on who gets to use that code and what requirements are needed and to contact them. Here is where my confusion sets in. How can the SAME code for the SAME amount at the SAME gaming site have the SAME requirements when it is being posted on DIFFERENT sites???????

On many forums there are codes posted that are exclusives from other forums. They will not work unless they are claimed using the exclusive link that goes to them from the site that they belong to.

There is one site in particular that I am wondering if it the one you are running into this trouble at that pays members each month for having posted the most codes. The members don't care where the codes come from or whether they are exclusives from another site because they are just trying to win the prize and there is little to no moderation by the staff.

Anyway just because you see a code everywhere doesn't mean it should be, it was most likely posted by a member who didn't know better than to take a code that was listed as an exclusive from another site, it had already been posted from another site and they didn't know it was an exclusive or they just didn't care.

It doesn't happen often here because Mben and I are pretty good at spotting exclusive codes from other sites but it does happen. On some other forums ... it happens a lot.

Let me try to make some sense out of this for you, grrr. Others are welcome to help me out too.

Casinos come up with no deposit offers. The affiliate program for the casino makes the offer available to all of their affiliates. And when I say "all of their affiliates" that can equal a ton of affiliates. You will see the same offer on many, many different gambling sites.

While working with a casino affiliate program, affiliates will ask for or managers will offer exclusive bonuses. "Exclusive" meaning that only players who download from that specific affiliate's site can claim the bonus. If you are being denied a bonus, it is possible that you have clicked on a link somewhere to that casino which then "tagged" you to that specific affiliate. So if you found a better bonus for the same casino on a different site, downloaded, registered and then was denied the bonus, it's possibly because you were already tagged to the first affiliates link. We urge members on NDF to clear their cookies before clicking on our link to download from so you get tagged to us.

Now if you are being denied a "generic" bonus that everyone is offering on many different sites, I don't have the answer for that. There should be no reason why other than your bonus banned at that casino or something like that.

There are members of forums that don't care if they post "exclusive" codes. We frown upon doing that here at NDF because it is not good practice between affiliates first of all and it does more harm to a new player than good. The player loses out in the long run. Sookie and I could not get that across to certain members of a certain forum and so they continue hurting new players by posting codes that do not belong to them.

In a lot of cases, you can almost figure out who the offer belongs to by the "code". A lot of ours have "NDF" (No Deposit Forum) or "CCG" (Casino Cash Giveaway - our former name from years ago) in them.

Yes, there is a bonus site I go to that gives " coins" for submitted bonuses. I make deposits at Big Dollar, Black lotus and The Genesys group sites and it ticks me off to no end when after I submit a code and am told "not eligible" and to contact the bonus site for answers. Then to go to that site and no one EVER answers a blasted thing! This is the thing I LOVE about this site. I know that someone will get back with me usually in a few hours. Thanks
