Please help , Crazy luck casino won't pay my winning. I submitted my withdrawal request on Aug 27 and I have been on live chat with them every day and kept getting conflicting answers. One day they say within 2-4 hours it will be processed another 2-3 days. My lesson learned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ROGUE CASINO. Please help me get my winning paid. My account with them is slotofjoy

I have sent your concerns off to the rep at Crazy Luck, Formerloser. This casino is about to be pitted as we did with WinBig21 already. I'll see what  can find out for you.

Here's the rep's reply, Formerloser. He has asked that I close the thread as resolved . I will close it as resolved when you tell me you received your winnings. We sent her withdrawal 2 days back. I will mail her swift copy today.Please inform her and mark thread resolved

yes they sent me a swift copy alright! but it was for someone else and for wrong amount. I then went on live chat to see what happened and their response was oh yeah! just ignored it there was a problem with swift code. then later he said he talked to the accounting department and they sent me a bank draft. Well, I will let you know when I receive the bank draft if I ever get it.  Wish me luck.

sorry I haven't update you guys in a week it is because I am still waiting. Well, after my last post they emailed a copy of the bank draft and they told me they mailed it on Sept 15. It has been 10 days and so far I received nothing. I am hoping that they did not stoop so low and try to trick me into withdrawing my complaint pretending to send me a copy of a check. I am telling you this people are full of dung. They are nothing but scammers.They haven't been honest from the first day I tried to withdraw my winnings.  I will update once I receive the check otherwise let my lesson be an example to anyone else considering risking your money with them.
