Crazy Slots has been good to me!

Okay, I won't take up too much room telling you my story but I just had to share this with you guys. Last week I was depositing in Crazy Slots and trying to redeem the coupon codes for the 100% match bonus via live support. After waiting for an hour while they kept telling me please hold I gave up and emailed them instead asking if I could redeem the coupon codes. These are for the first 15 deposit bonus matches. I didn't hear back from them for a few days and on Sunday they emailed me back saying to provide them with my account info and my full name, etc. I did this but was being impatient so I decided to call them today. First of all, the person I spoke to spoke perfect english so I wasn't struggling to understand them as I have to do with other online casinos. She was very helpful and even though it was past the 48 hours (which is the time limit to redeem the code) she credited my account for my last 3 deposits...which was a total of $75. So there is my positive experience. I have never tried to cashout with them so we'll see how that goes...if I win. I'm off to spend my $75!
