Crazy Slots is driving me crazy!

Hi All,Im new to this forum, thanks for offering a place to vent.I have been playing Crazy Slots for quite some time now.  I finally decided to cash out on Feb 4th.  I received an email on March 4th indicating the payment had been made and the wire would be sent within a maximum of 10 business days.  Crazy Slots: Your pending payment has been processed <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">From: Crazy Slots Support (support@crazyslots.com) Sent:Thu 3/04/10 7:12 PM We have processed your pending payment as shown below.Crazy Slots Account: CS0582498344Pending Payment: USD1500.00Payment Issued: USD1500.00 as WIREI have tried calling, emailing, sending smoke signals.....nothing, no response.It seems as though nobody at Crazy Slots can give me a true answer as to what the payment staus is.  They have repeatedly told me you will be paid  but Im at the point now where I dont believe what they are telling me.  They have absolutely no problem bombarding me with emails and phone calls for bonus offers but when it comes to paying the piper they fall short....way short.I believe a few other forum members have has a simlar problem and have eventually been paid but waiting two months is a shame becuase I truly enjoy playing at Crazy Slots.Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Upadate...it has been two months since the original withdrawel request and still nothing. The wire was supposednly sent on 3/4, then again on 3/10, and yet again on 3/18. Unfortunatelly all Im being told from customer service is you will eventually be paid within 10 business days . This is a scam, I would hope a compnay such as Crazy slots would have better contact with their processors and really tell me what the story is. At this point I have written them off and will take my business elsewhere. I would reccomend others do the same."

I don't like that group of casinos and have stopped depositing there. Everything and I mean everything about them stinks. The games, the customer service, the cashout process etc etc.

I agree 100%.  I certianly wont be palying there again.  I just spoke with them and they said the wire was delayed again...4th time and it was processed two days ago.  I asked for a wire # and not suprisingly they didnt have one.  Guess I just have to sit back and laugh about how poor customer service can be these days.

sorry youre having to go through this mess.  If I was in your shoes, I certainly wouldn't be playing there again.

thats horrible, that you have to wait so long i definately would not play there again either...I got my fingers crossed that you will recieve it soon!

We have heard from the casino and it is ok news. Not that BTE is getting the money paid today but he will soon. "
