crazy slots is ridiculous!!!!! ~RESOLVED~

I am dealing with the same thing.... Maybe its because of the mastercard thing I dont know. All I know is this is so aggravating and upsetting. They sure take our money in a flash and we get the runaround when we try to inquire about the status of our cashout. They gave me a transaction number also and then they tell me its internal and they cant trace it either. We need help Bel, please....... thanks for the help and sorry kk we are going thru this.

It may not be the casinos fault at all, as it can now also be VERY possible its the bank blocking the transaction from coming in.

How frustrating this must be for the both of you.  I am sorry you're having to go through this crap.Both of your situations sound very similar.  I hope you don't mind me asking...What withdrawal method did you choose?  ACH to your personal bank account?  Thanks for posting, sharing your experiences, and exposing this problem ...hopefully this will help other players to avoid similar pitfalls.Belgamo, use your clout, work your magic, and help these ladies out.  Good Luck ladies!  ... got my fingers crossed

Please keep us posted on your results. I deposit at the Golden Casino group quite often but have never tried A withdrawl. I always wondered how I would get it if the time came. They dont take QuickTender and since I am from the USA, your final story will be interesting to me!"

Thanks Bel, that could be that the bank is blocking it. I was told it goes thru the Federal Reserve first of course so our wonderful government that we have might be the reason. But if this is the case they need to send the money back... I appreciate the help. We did the wire transfer option.

Thanks Bel for offering to help us bitchy women!!   MONEY.....its all we worry about!!!   LOL  I guess I'll have to apologize to crazy slots IF it is my bank blocking it.  But, like givenzs said, if it is then they need to send it back and crazy slots needs other withdrawal methods since wire transfer is the ONLY option for me in the U.S. with THEM.THANKS

My bank just told me that they dont see anything coming thru and they cant track anything as they dont have any kind of tracking number. The transaction number that I have is only good for Crazy slots to track anything they said. :(

sorry I hit post before I was done lol. So it does look like it is the processors. Probably due to the mastercard thing. I am glad to see that they have knowledge of this issue and are willing to resend for us.

Ok first off all of my thoughts about them have changed for the better. I received a personal call from James the account manager and he just explained everything in detail that is going on. They are going to resend all payments and promised it will be to my bank by the end of the month so within two weeks, I have his personal contact info he told me not to contact anyone else but him. Thumbs up to Crazy Slots, i might be upset as I want my money lol but to be taking care of personally makes up for the delay in my eyes and mind. HE also told me it is due to the third party processors he said there was a big misunderstanding with all wire transfers. Will I deposit here again? Probably so as they have earned my respect for them..... :) He did put a little something in my account as well, which he didnt have to do. So I am off to play.

Too bad it took so long for the apology, explanation and comp. Why do casinos operate that way? They could have headed off this whole issue if they would have handled it this way BEFORE you got disgruntled. Good for them though for finally making it right.

Update... I logged into my bank today and yipeeeeeeeeeee my wire transfer is there. Kind of confusing with the email I got from Crazy Slots lol, I am thankful so much. KK I hope you get yours soon also. Hugs
