I would suggest a fresh reboot of the PC and then do not open anything at all except for the casino and of course your ISP. Are you able to download and not install or you cannot download at all? When you attempt the download are you choosing RUN instead of SAVE? If so, choose to SAVE the download to your desktop and then run the install from that.
