I can never get my debit cards to work at Croco even though Postepay debit cards is one of the deposit options...so far noone seems to be able to tell me why debit cards won't work...help please

Did their customer support supervisor contact you? The rep said they were going to.

I let him know that support still needs to work with you because this isn't something he himself can fix, unfortunately.

Update...

@eppa56, our rep is having the CS supervisor get in contact with you again. He can see what's going on in the back, but said what I said basically, that he can't fix it, that CS is in control of the systems that can assist you.

Now you are in contact with someone higher up on the customer support ladder, so whether they get your card(s) to work or not is one thing, but hopefully you get an answer as to why not if they can't get them to work. Of course, the best resolution would be a successful deposit after all is said and done. Again... fingers crossed!

No Mben ...they keep sending me the usual email with details as to what to use to deposit but no response as to why the Postepay won't work

@eppa56, the rep is going to take this up with the casino manager again.

I feel it's going to end up being that they have options you can't use, and the option you have isn't working, but they can't give a reason as to why the financial institution is blocking the transaction. It may not be a question they can answer, or fix.

Let's see what the latest is the rep gets from the manager though.

Mben when your talking to the rep next time, tell him I tried using a new C/C and that didn't work either..so annoying
I've let the rep know that even a new CC didn't work.

I've asked him to get someone to take your money. You'd be happy giving them your money, the casino surely would be happy taking your money, and I'd be happy to close this thread on a good note. lol

I've asked him to get someone to take your money. You'd be happy giving them your money, the casino surely would be happy taking your money, and I'd be happy to close this thread on a good note. lol
