CS Casino won't tell me if my payment was sent

Cs casino.eu won't clarify if my payment was sent. Only it was processed. Does anyone know what courier company these jerks deal with?
I always get an alert from fed ex. So the money was not sent
Also I won quiet a bit but I put it right back into their hand.
Not upset about that but I like at least a bit courtesy.
Please can someone help
