I got bonus banned since I cashed out a free chip at Simon Says casino.I´ve done nothing wrong,that´s why I say Rival´s suck.If you get your loyalty bonus from your deposits and manage to win and play the wagering requierement,should you get bonus banned????? In my opinion that´s not ethical way to treat your loyal customers,plus it goes to all Rival´s.What´s the use of these free bonuses if you can´t cashout without getting bonusbanned?I simply don´t understand.That´s just my opinion...

Yep, Pretty sorry I will add. I just sent them a little reminder that when you run across an account that has a history of playing Rivals, then you probably have a depositor at Rivals... what better way to start their casino than having seasoned Rival players that love to play Rivals? LOL, I don't think they get it, but maybe after a while they will loosen up.
