Deposting at RTG

For the last couple of days when I make a deposit at  RTG the deposit does not go through. After I am done making the deposit it goes back to the cashier page and I have to have live chat do the deposit. Has this been happening to anyone else.  I use NS.

I deposited at Silver Oak and had no problems with depositing.Is it just certain RTG's perhaps?

Thanks Pam. It is ok now. I shut my comouter down and restarted it  and made a deposit at WP and Tiran and it worked fine.
