Hello, I attempted to make a deposit at Crazy Luck Rival casino about 2 nights ago. It was taking forever for me to get a response on whether it went through or not. Finally it said that my deposit was declined and no money was added to my casino balance. I went to check my online bank statement (Netspend) and it said that the transaction had gone through and the money was deducted from my account. I told the guy at customer service at Crazy Luck what happend and he said that I need to take it up with my bank. How do I go about that when it's a gambling transaction?
