Does anyone share my complaint about RED STAG's Live Support (chat)?

Let me 1st say that I love WGS casinos and I am a depositing player at Red Stag. The reps are nice but their chat sessions are so very, very slow and take so very, very long to accomplish anything that I despise having to use it for any reason. Once the chat window pops up, they answer right away but each response takes forever. If their reps are so busy that this is just hold time, they can afford to hire more help and stop wasting my time.

This has nothing to do with the internet connection because I just got wonderful new high speed internet for Christmas.

I'm just curious to know if anyone else shares my complaint.

I haven't had occasion to go to live chat yet but I think I remember someone else mentioning it.

Yes yes. Totally agree! There's no good reason for it. They ask you to hold after every sent chat text. Even if they really that busy, then the proper procedure would be to finish with one customer, then move on to the next! The way they go about it makes me think that they are running between numerous chats, wasting everyones time when they could go so much faster if they focused on one at time....FIFO

EXACTLY! I knew I couldn't be the only one! I would much prefer to get a message at the start of chat saying "all of our representatives are currently assisting others and someone will be with you as soon as possible ..." We've all seen that with other casinos.

More than once, I've typed in something like "are we still connected?" and Red Stag's rep has answered that they were busy with others as well. I would totally be ok with a wait time at the beginning if it meant they would focus on one customer at a time.

Live chat just informed me that this tournament is for non-depositors only!!!

That's two free chips and now tournament I could not use.

I wish I had never deposited here!

Seriously, are you talking about the FRTRNY4 free tournament entry code that I posted? I am a depositing player and I had no problem claiming it in chat - I chatted with both Zander and Carla in Red Stag's Live Support.

Sorry guys, I don't know what to tell you about that discrepancy. That is a code straight from Red Stag, I got the email for it from them but have not claimed it and don't plan on trying. But @Seriously maybe try again and hope for a different support agent?

Well, I have noticed that it takes longer for the chat people at Red Stag to get anything done too. They are associated with Miami Club I am pretty sure and something else I have noticed is that the chat personnel must be a third party company that does it because they are the same people that answer for Liberty, Lincoln, Miami and Red Stag. I don't know if you've noticed that or not. Also, I couldn't use the tourney code in the cashier section, but the chat people took care of it for me when I contacted them. So, that's my 2 cents worth! Have a good one y'all!, Leslie

It took me three attempts to claim a free chip through live chat last week. By the time the rep appeared in chat and asked how she could help me, I waited quite a while and then was disconnected the first two times. That had nothing to do with my internet connection either. Quite annoying.

As far as wishing you hadn't deposited @Seriously so you can claim the freebies, we have to ask the question ... will players who claim multiple freebies in a row be able to cash out? On the other hand, why are non-depositors given freebies while depositors are left out in the cold? I'm sure it's a marketing ploy to get them to deposit.
