Victoria Palace-Seems to be ok... But it has no real history because it is new. Whether it is reputable or not only time will tell. I myself have not heard of anyone casining out there.. that does not mean they haven't.YOU should all be aware that the Casino is allowing players from the USA to play there freebie codes but just for fun! They do not have a deposit/or withdraw method for US Citizens.... but are working on it and deciding what they are going to do about the legalities of accepting US players.They have been very forthcoming about their desire to see US players at their casino... but not yet folks!ahtram88

This is an absolutely fantastic casino with brilliant customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND playing at victoria palace. They are honest, reliable and show that they care about their customers unlike some other casinos. It is SAFE to deposit.Initially I also had trouble finding anything about the casino so was at first unsure what to think when I managed to accrue 600GBP from the 30GBP December code (hence my previous post). I contacted customer support asking about the wager requirements and received a reply within half an hour. the extremely helpful and polite Jessica from customer services explained that in order to withdraw my winnings I just had to wager 450 of my own money. I thought there must be some kind of catch to this so emailed customer support several times before depositing, each and every time receiving a reply within half an hour. halfway through meeting the requirements they even informed me that my wagers weren't being tracked as I had initially entered US codes instead of GBP codes and that they would have to credit my account manually. all I had to do is e-mail them once I had met the requirements, their tech team that then replaced my playable bonus with real cash!!! Requested a withdrawal of GBP500 the next day, took a day to be approved and arrived on my credit card 5 days (which is today!) later as quoted.
