IMPORTANT NOTICE: If information regarding the origin of the payment is required, then please state "Internet services/purchase refund." If further details are requested, then please contact us before proceeding.
Checks are issued in USD by a Canadian bank and thus must be posted as foreign. Most major US banks are able to cash foreign checks following a special procedure. Please note that the check cannot be deposited through ATM. Due to high fees, we do not recommend stores that specialize in cashing checks. If any questions or difficulties arise, please contact us directly at billing@slotland.eu.

I wonder what brought that about? Did they change banks?

The checks were always drawn on a US Bank. Got my check today, sure enough drawn on a Canadian Bank. I use a small bank and am curious as to what they will charge me and how long they will put a hold on it. But really, Michele, what gets me.....tell the bank it was internet services/refund. Can't believe they would tell us to lie. That is getting low!

I truly understand the non-ethical issue, but they are trying to stay under the radar just like all the other casinos that allow players from the US to play.

I am just asking to ask ... would you feel comfortable telling your bank the truth as to where the check really came from?

Ha! Ha! The accountant there is a friend of mine! She know's! Kinda of a weird situation. Small towns:)
It never hurts to have a friend who works at your bank for many reasons including the need to cash online gambling winnings checks. ;)

Miami Club and Liberty Slots checks are from Canadian banks. I've never had a problem with them clearing, but I just deposit them right into my account. I've never tried to actually cash one.
