Under my promotions, it showed the WKD SMS Good Girl, Bad Girl promo for $15 worth of free spins too, but I never got a text message or email about the bonus. When I contacted support about it, the person said that only select accounts were offered the promotion. I asked what the qualifications for being selected were, as I deposit with them a few times a week, and the support worker said they did not know and were not able to find out as another department handles promotions. It seems kind of stupid that an offer would show up in my available promotions if it was not available to me, as that defeats the purpose of even having a My Available Promotions section. My best guess is that they were planning on doing a SMS offer, but after creating it in the promotions section, they never got around to actually doing it or decided not to do it, as with as often as I deposit with them, I would be shocked if I did not qualify for every single promotion that they offer. If anyone else hears differently or got the SMS code, please let me know, as I would really like to try it to see if it is available to my account. Thanks!

I hate to tell you this, but when I went to support they credited me free spins.  I also deposit but not as often as you.

Yikes. Well, that doesn't seem fair does it? I think this happens a lot at many casinos though, can't really say what their reasoning is though. I've had it happen before, gone back and asked about it again and had the second chat operator give it to me (not at Drake - I haven't really played there, but similar situations at other casinos) Sometimes I think the answer is as simple as which chat operator you get. Mind you this is just my opinion.
