So I opened Drake and got a pop message saying I had 8 free spins. I'm like huh? Like an idiot, I accepted them before contacting support about it. But I could not find the game the spins were on even though it said Boomanji. They weren't there. So I checked Arrival and they weren't there either. "

These free spins are not free at all, unless you make a deposit to get the money you won.I was curious how Mben got the $15, and they said they give that when the system malfunctions and the free spins wont work.I was angry because the $15 is real FREE Money and the people who receive this do NOT have to deposit in order to get it.Is anyone following me here? Hi Mben...Yes, the $5 is there, but untouchable until a deposit is made.I am over it now, but sure was crabby about it yesterday when it happened.You are likely right, a deposit will have to be made with the $15 given to you. Guess I just didnt like the fact they called them free spins, cause they are not exactly free.Free spins are when you spin, and then are able to play the balance you won, at least to me.Thanks for the reply Mben.

I understand what you are saying, Pam and cat but technically, the spins were free. You did not need to make a deposit to receive them and spin them. The terms that are on the money won from the free spins is a different story. If you would have won enough to cashout from playing the money won from the free spins, you still would need to deposit in order to cashout. Maybe their thinking is that if you win big from the free spins, you just might deposit in order to play that money won. Frustrating, I know but the post did say Winnings redeemable by deposit only. .... winnings from the free spins. You are right Mben, technically the spins are free. The money you make from them is not. I guess I am used to BetOnSoft where free spins are just that, free to spin, and free to play what you won.Yes, of course the post said Winnings redeemable by Deposit Only.   That isn't in question, as the post was certainly correct for the terms and conditions. Your posts are always like that Mben.  You are right, just frustrating.  Guess I let it get the best of me, have no idea why it hit me wrong like it did.One funny thing is when I wrote to support and told them that their rep cut me off after she said she couldnt help me any further.....I was told.....
