I had a w/d of $800 at Silver Dollar, it took about 5-7 days for the overnight express . It was pretty hassle free. Have never w/d from Go Group though, but I am addicted to the weekly tourneys at both! LOL

I agree-- ENGLISH HARBOR is shittin on the go groupies. They are way better with customer support and they run their business way more professionally than the go group. For example, I am banned from the go group without a reasonable explanation. I would have been a good customer cuz I am a casino junky so they lost out on that. I know it is nothing to them, but I bet the same thing happened to many more people just like me. So all in all that will add up over time."

EH by far better comp points system go has none or daily which makes it harder to meet your playthrough. Have cashed out at both EH took 4 days online vegas took two weeks to process then week and a half to next day my check which i payed extra 40 dollars for . support time is way faster at EH

I agree with other comments. Hate having to get customer service for bonus. I have much better luck calling them on phone, much faster.

I have never had an issue calling the GO support and getting fast answers. I have never had an issue chatting with the EH support. As far as support goes, they are the same to me. But I will never chat with the GO group and I have never had to call the EH group. "

I have to give props to my VIP account manager at GO casino...she really is great! However, I've just recently started depositing at VIP Slots, and have played for HOURS AND HOURS on small deposits! I want to make sure I understand you kkimelwell. You are a BIG fan of GO Casino and not the GO Group as whole, correct?  Is there really that big of a difference in your eyes between the casinos within the GO Group? I'm really interested because I have played more money at the GO casinos than the EH casinos but thought they were all the same. Maybe I didn't stick with just one within the group long enough. Good Question Mben.  I guess you would say I am most definately a very loyal fan of GO Casino.  I have played at all the GO Group and of course they all offer the same games, same tournaments etc. I believe Go Casino and Crazy Slots are run by the same, and the other two or independent in a way (Online Vegas and Golden Casino).  Not sure of the new one yet.  But they are considered One Group of Vegas Technology, and are connected by using one gaming software and network which I wont pretend to even understand.  Anyhow,  I just seem to experience much better playing as a whole at Go Casino.  Actual playing and customer service.   Perhaps its due to sticking around there so long!  The staff, the bonuses and experience is what keeps me going back!  Win or Lose!   But actually I was once as loyal a player at Online Vegas, for about 10 months to a year.  But for some reason I was not offered the extras And I never felt llike I was appreciated for spending as much as I did. (And it was up there, and consistent) I think I had deposited a ridiculous amount over a weekend, and had requested a bonus on one or two of the deposits.  And even though I had about 10 deposits and collected bonus on two.  They refused to offer a bonus.   (Which Go Casino sends me regulary.) After about the 3 or 4th time of butting heads over bonuses, I realized that its probably time to move on and I did.  And glad of it!   NOT ONCE did they attempt to get me back! And I played as I do now, daily and consitent.  It just didnt sit to well with me, and I have been back only once.Crazy slots just doesnt offer the extras.  No VIP level, no cashback on sunday or daily comps.  Golden Casino changed hands and made me nervous when they stopped accepting new customers.  But overall,,, the Go Group is by far the most legit casino on the net.

That is a good ? Mben,I usually make 2 deposits at a time, 1 to Crazy Slots and the other to Go Casino.I'm going to try depositing at just 1 for a while.
