EH no longer accept MC as deposit option. I need to vent!

Ok so I tried to deposit with my MC card and found out they no longer accept that as a deposit option. I went out of my way to pay $4.95 plus $35 for nothing. I originally got this card specifically because of them.A few months ago, I've had numerous problems depositing with my Visa on the weekend and they said if I have a MC it shouldn't be a problem. I did what they said.I spoke with Shudeska who was just trying to get me off chat, told me they stop this a month ago and that I must of use a different card.  I asked her really because I deposit on May 20th with my MC card? I hate when they give me a bunch of bull**** I spoked with the Supersivor Nathaly. I wanted to let her know that maybe EH can send emails to players about any changes like this in particular so we don't go through the hassle. She was helpful. Then I asked her I qualify for comps. I was on hold for over 10 mins. I realized it said you're not in chat session. I had to open 3 new chat to finally speak with Pitt

Vent away, pheapgirl! I would have been pissed off too, especially if I had loaded my MC just to deposit there at EH.All casinos definitely need to send out emails about changes in their depositing options, IMO. And if we are not getting emails, we all have to be very careful these days because of the processor issues, things change so fast from day to day. I hope you find somewhere that you can use the card. Try Win Palace.

I do not think you overreacted a bit.Between them giving no notice of not using Masted Card anymore, and then accusing you of closing your own chat window. Oh, and the 10 darn minutes you waited only to realize that you were not in chat anymore.  UGH.Just as Mben said, things right now are changing day to day, and we as players need to be careful when we go to deposit. We cant assume things are the same as they were just a day ago.  These are crazy times indeed.You are always welcome to vent pheapgirl, and you most certainly had a good reason too.                                                                                             Pam
