Ever hear of winning a tournament that comes with a max withdrawal?

Red Stag again!

I won $50 paid in bonus money not real in a tournament and come to find out that if I end up being fortunate enough to get a withdrawal from it, the freaking max cashout if $160!

I have NEVER heard of this EVER before.

When you win a tournament, ANY tournament, there has never been a max withdrawal place on any withdrawal occurring from it that I have ever heard of.

That's just cheap Red Stag.

It's just always something with these guys you know?

Thought you'd like to know.

I don't know what you can do about this Mben or Pam but it's worth a shot. By the way, I still have to get through the playthrough too now don't I? All that playthrough, whatever it ends up being, I'm sure it's a lot, and only $60 possible after their fees and the banks in Canada's fees.

Classy Red Stag!

Classy

my account # with them is RS0223324651

Thank you,
Leslie

Oh, you're going to love this!

I'm investigating this further and thought I would check a "pay" tournament, entry fee is $3.99 which pays in prized of bonus money and guess what!?? THE MAX WITHDRAWAL IS $160.00!! Why would you pay for a tournament only to have a withdrawal limit placed on it?? OMG!

Here's what the customer service guy said about all of that. Regular smart ass about it if you ask me.

I'm done with them now for EVER!

I paid to be limited as per this conversation:

Wow, that does suck. After reading through the chat, I doubt there is anything the rep can do.

Reminds me of a question I had for a rep with a different casino/software. They were running a free to enter tournament that had 100 prizes. First place was $2000. 100th place was $20. All prizes had the same playthrough requirements and all had the same max cashout after playthrough was met, that being $100. $100 for the $2000 winner after playthrough was met? smh The rep checked it out and it was just that. Nothing could be done about the rules they had in place. Not exactly the same situation as yours, but close to it.

You can look at it this way now though.

You have $160 to try to win more, right? That did "only" cost you whatever fee you paid to get into the tournament (or free entry) and the time it took you to win the tourney prize, and the time it took you to turn the prize into a withdrawable $160.

I don't know. Just trying to make a bad situation seem a tiny bit better for you.

that's all I can do. But, I won't be A. playing there anymore after I HOPEFULLY exact some revenge on them and B. Certainly intend on letting others players know about it before they get their hopes up on a nice withdrawal after PAYING for the tournament especially!

Thank you Mben

It certainly doesn't seem fair.

I hope everyone is as diligent as you are jumbo about reading all the terms and conditions on tournaments, and deposit bonuses for that matter.

It really pays to educate yourself.
