Does anyone know if quicktender is now taking deposits from USA members again. The last I saw and tried they were not accepting new members or taking deposits from people that were already members

I have heard nothing about QT being open for business.I was able to access the site after it was shut down but now all I get is ........ This webpage is not available I doubt it will ever be open for business again ... for the USA and the world.
