I thought that I was the only one who had a bad experience with their Customer Service Live chat.... I talked to a rep at CIRRUS CASINO  named Jeff , and he got extreamely offensive, rood, and unprofessional  after I asked to cash in half of my winnings, and keep the other half in my account to play with. I was so pissed that I sent the casino a Complaint Email titled   Please note, Your Staff is ROOD!! , and made sure to tell them that it would be posted on casino forums... never got around to it, but saw mrsrose1705's Post, and had to comment!! They are Rediculous !! My advice to everyone is to follow the rules, and make SURE that they have no reason to deny your withdraw, or close your account.... Ps...
