That is NOT sushi. Where is the rice? That is a bunch of rolled up meat and cheese.

Technically, the word sushi refers to the rice. The Japanese word su means vinegar, and shi is from meshi, the Japanese word for rice, hence sushi is "vinegared rice".

Sushi is not about seafood being raw either. You can make sushi with all kinds of ingredients including cooked ingredients.
