Fraud in 888play caution on the red neogames..!

yes sorry but in the moment that open is post ,I was very upset about the situation that happened to me, is that the day January day I opened an account at 888play network is NeoGames scratchcard. 5 eur per registration received after end after a few wash my wagering requirements and then I did a deposit to receive a bonus and you can withdraw it. the case is finished and I get 99 eur for withdrawal. spent a week did not receive notification of my retirement and I got an email with 7 gifts. required but I sent them my documents and the next day I confirmed that everything was in order and quickly approve my retreat the next day (today) I get a mail informing me that I opened multiple accounts there and I canceled my retirement which is a nonsense and refuse to pay me back my money, it angers me because the last time I played and was in hopa.com win and that was in 2009. and hopefully stop doing this scam because I have no way to defend rather than posting in every forum fraud made me ..

yes thery comment me that i have others accounts in is site so is totality false.! check it?they send me again me deposit today..they approved my documents as well as a gift of 7 chips the last fridaybut the sunday they send me a mail that me widrwal...is canceled why i have multiples accounts!is false all is lost me time
