Good luck you to with stop smoking i have and it has been 8mo now and i stop on my own if you want it you can stop but you have to want it for it to work

Just in the nicotime KrystalKitty!!!!  Seriously, not two days ago I told my husband, my life would be so much easier if I didn't smoke.   He said, so what are you going to do about it?   I replied, quit pushing me, just making that comment is progress!   He will be thrilled when the sample arrives.  Thanks!  Tink
