I believe they can look it up with your name and birthdate and then give them as much info as you can remember for address and email. (What you thought you MAY have used)

i just spoke with customer support and they told me they DO NOT  allow us players. could've swore i used to have an account with them but he tells me no one under my name.

I just had similar situation as you.  I made the mistake of downloading, reinstalling, and contacting the wrong Titan. www.casinotitan.com is the RTG casino you want. www.titancasino.com is the Playtech casino..  Wrong!

Some virus protection programs like Norton for example won't let you download RTG casinos. Doesn't mean there is anything necessarily wrong with it (well.....LOL) but they won't. Symantec will.
