FYI for Players from Canada

Hi Everyone,I just thought this information would be usefull for anyone who lives in Canada. I had this conversation today with the online chat: Casey: Hi, I'm just wondering if you accept players from CanadaAmanda: Hi no, I'm sorry but not at this time. Our group includes the following casinos: Silveroak, Planet7, Catseye,  Ringmaster, Royalace, Slotmadness, Captain Jack Casey: How come some of your casinos (Silveroak, and Slotmadness) accept players from Canada, but not the others/Casey: ?Casey: Since they are all part of the same group, one would think they would all have the same rules. Seems oddCasey: Do you happen to know why this is?Amanda: We accept only existing players, no new accounts.Amanda: We're not accepting new accounts for any of our casinos. Casey: But my account with Silveroak and Slotmadness is only a couple weeks old.Casey: Did this just change in the last few days?Amanda: A week or so ago, I guess you were able to create an acct right before we started disallowing new players. Amanda: You can play in the casinos where you already have accounts. Amanda: All the casinos with the exception of slot madness have the same games. Casey: Oh I see. Is it just new players from Canada that you are not accepting, or from everywhere?Amanda: It is just new players from Canada at this point. Casey: Okay thanks. Have a nice day Amanda: You're welcome! Amanda: You too, thanks. I guess for us players in Canada, our choices of casinos to play at are decreasing everyday. Too bad

Hi Buddha,Which casino were you trying to sign up with from the group? Also, I am assuming that even though your Silveroaks, and Slotmadness accounts were opened a few weeks ago, you are allowed in them still, right?Thanks for the information!

Hi Mben,Well, what happened was that I downloaded Captain Jacks Casino and after registering for a new account a message popped up saying that I was not allowed to log in. So before I downloaded Ringmaster, I thought I would check with the online chat if I was even allowed to play and that's when I was told that they are not accepting new players from Canada.Also, yes, I am still allowed to use my accounts at SilverOak and Slotmadness, because luckily I signed up for them right before the rules changed.
