Gnuf casino... does anybody know??

i'v been playing at a micro casino called gnuf casino for a while now and have built up quit a stack of loyalty points (well over 10000) at any other micro casino i could claim more or less $100 BUT it seems that even though they will give you the points YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH THEM!!! They keep fobbing me off with soon..sooon.does anybody else have the same problem or is it just me that plays there??? also if you do play there what have you heard is the loyalty program going to happen or am i screwed??P.S  This is a recent email i got from them  (Keep in mind i did not ask for a bonus all i asked is when they will honer points) Dear Darren, It's good to hear from you. Thank you for getting in touch about your casino points. At the moment we have no bonus to offer you. There will hopefully be some kind of programme for casino points in the future but not yet. I have never personally played at this casino. But from what you are telling me I would never play their. What kind of casino offers loyalty points you can't use??? Being a microgaming site this is unheard of to me, I would press the issue and let them know you don't plan on playing anymore unless the situation is rectified.Are you playing in the casino or playing the poker??

i'm only talking about there casino. There poker site has a great loyalty program you can do all the regular stuff (change points for cash or torny entries) and the points build up quick but the casino is a different story. i have let them know that i'm not happy often and they don't seem to be doing anything about it (strange being microgaming) so i'v emailed them and left a topic in there forum that i won't be playing anymore unless they fix it. i will keep you posted in case somebody else has the same problem

i played there once, i took there 100% match sign up bonus, deposited $50 and thought id have $100 to play with, only the bonus wasnt up front, (my mistake i should have read the t&cs) you have to earn so many points to clear the bonus, i know they do that on poker sites but it was a first for me at a microgaming casino, so i closed my account

ok things seem to be looking up

it seems that they are working on the loyalty program (they are getting suggestions from a few of us and ringing  some of us to chat about them.they say that it will kick in within the next 2 months,and all the points that we've earned up till now will be good. maybe a good thing i guess it takes time) BUT on the plus side they are not stingy with bonuses if you ask. i'v emailed support a few times over the last month or 2 and i'v gotten about $130 in no deposit bonuses and a couple of reload bonuses including the last one for $50 which i have to play 1000 points to get, if i had to exchange that the best i would get would be $10 so if the loyalty program is as good as i think it is going to be it maybe this isn't such a bad place to play

O.K. update , it seems that there loyalty program is set to launch shortly after the 4th which is the date that the summer points comp ends (mind you theres some nice prizes -- 32 gig ipod touch wii and soforth) so i'll let you know what happens to my 26000+ points once it launches."

P.S. i didn't qualify for the free spins that were posted recently but i spoke to support and they said that because i was a valuable player they would give it to me anyway so they keep handing out bonuses just not for points... i suppose we'll see.

have you ever cashed out at this casino and if so is it easy. how long does it take to get your cash out.what you are talking about is very strange for any casino. actually redflush was that way when they first opened, you had loyalty points but could not use them.but you were able to cash out with no problem.

UPDATE: All the points i have earned up till now have been transfered (and claimed) and i have now made a withdrawal... no problems it was back to my visa in 3 days so every thing is looking up i now have no problems with this casino
