Just thought I would let you all know that The less likeable GOGroup Casinos will no longer take Green Dot Visa or MC yet there sister sites EH Group does and has QT.EH support is there and only takes 10sec to get support and they will get my money for sure.

Even though the GO Group and the EH Group use the same software, Vegas Technology, they are not sister sites. Since they are not sister sites, they will not have the same deposit options or the same customer support team. "

I know that the GO group has upset you spade and maybe it is time for you to move on to the EH group. Let the GO group go (no pun intended) for a while and then visit them again. Maybe you will change your mind about them. But of course, that is all up to you.

mben i am and have only posted this about green dot visa is because i tried to play this weekend and spent hours of my time waiting for support not to mention the hour and 1/2 of cell minutes down the drain. There support has always been the worse in the industry that i have delt with. As far as sister sites goes they use the same software so they i always thought the term sister fit.

I had a hard time finding any casinos that would take the green dot.  I finally just used it at Walmart...lol.  I am still looking for the best alternative for depositing.

I too found it difficult for any casino to take the Green Dot card, so I stopped trying.                                                                                                            Pam

I use my greendot at both EH and Go group casinos. It has to be permanent issued and make sure all bank issued info from back of card is correct. Sometimes I get declined so I just keep trying until approved. Seems like they all had visa trouble last week at certain times. I hope this helps. Good luck to ya!
