jackiechance, I can totally relate to what you are going through. My issue was well over 10 years ago with a casino that's out of business now. I had an approved cashout for $7200, but they were taking months, and months and months to pay me off. I'd get a $600 check here, and a $500 check there. It was maddening. Finally, I told them to shove the $3200 balance up their a$$ and moved on. It would have continued to stress me out if I held on, contacted them day in and day out like I did for all the months prior. And I vowed to smear them all over the socials. I didn't waste my time though. Totally not worth more time spent on that casino. I'm not saying do what I did. I'm just saying I can relate.
So your cashout was approved, yes? And the past dates are dates they say you will receive your winnings, correct? For some reason, I thought you were denied the cashout. That would make it a one player issue. If they can't pay an approved cashout though, then it affects all players.
Anyway, I've messaged the rep and told him he needs to hurry with an update. Because you are about to off on them if we don't hear back soon.
