Regarding the player Patick8 let me explain how it happens. all players are bonus eligible but if the player is reported by any other Rival casino as bonus abuser, Rival will deny his bonus eligibility and link him to Global Bonus Ban. Such players cannot get bonuses, any type of them, and the system does not let us add bonuses to Bonus, not eligible players, we are just getting the error that the bonus cannot be added. It is not about CS teamwork or bonus itself, just about the fact that player got problems with other Rival casinos in terms of abusing bonuses so got punished for that this way.

Rival bonus banned me years ago. That is okay as I don't play there often. Not that they are not great, I just prefer or other casinos a bit more.

Intertops Red Casino gets most of the money I use to deposit.

I guess I need to form a support group for being bonus banned at many casinos, not just Rival.
